Zeonmarket cares deeply about your privacy. We therefore only use information that we need for (improving) our service and we handle the information we gathered and need about you and your use of our services with care. We never pass your data on to third parties for commercial purposes. This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and services provided by Zeonmarket. The effective date for the validity of these conditions is 06/12/2021, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires. Web store software: CCVShop
Our web store is developed with software from CCVShop. Personal information you provide us for our services will be shared with CCVShop. CCVShop has access to your information in order to offer us (technical) support, they will never use your information for any other purpose. CCVShop is obliged to take appropriate security measures on basis of the agreement we have with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL-encryption and a strong password policy. CCVShop uses cookies to gather technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data will be collected and/or stored. CCVShop reserves the right to share collected data within their own concern to further improve the service.

E-mail and mailing lists: CCVShop
We send our newsletters and transactional e-mails by means of our web store software from CCVShop. All confirmation mails you receive from our website and web forms are sent via the CCVShop servers. CCVShop will never use your name and e-mail address for their own purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail which is sent automatically via our website you will find the 'unsubscribe' link. If you click on this link you will no longer receive e-mails from our website. Your personal information is securely sent, stored and decrypted by CCVShop. CCVShop uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether e-mails are opened and read. In addition, CCVShop processes information about you as a recipient and the subject line of e-mails to improve the quality of the service. This information is stored for 30 days. CCVShop reserves the right to use your data and to share information with third parties to further improve the service.

Mail: CCVShop
We use the services of CCVShop for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to avoid the misuse, loss and corruption of your and our personal details as much as possible. CCVShop does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all e-mail traffic as confidential.

Payment Processors: Mollie
To deal with (part of) the payments in our shop we use Mollie's payment platform. Mollie processes your name, address and residence information and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken adequate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and share (anonymized) data with third parties in this context. All those safeguards referring to the protection of your personal data are also applicable to the components of Mollie's services for which they involve a third party. Mollie does not store your details for any longer than permitted by law.

Shipment and Logistics: MyParcel
If you place an order with us it will be our job to have your package delivered to you. We make use of the services of MyParcel to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary for us to share your name, address and residence information with MyParcel. MyParcel only uses this information for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that MyParcel engages subcontractors, MyParcel will make your information available to those parties.

Billing and Accounting: Accumulus
We use the services of Accumulus for our administration and bookkeeping. We share your name and address information as well as details regarding your order which will be used for the administration of sales invoices. This personal information will be securely sent and stored. Accumulus is bound to secrecy and will treat your information as confidential. Accumulus does not use your personal information for purposes other than the ones described above.

We use your data exclusively for the purpose of providing our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing.
