The Electrodeposited Diamond Filing Plate is specially designed for filing, not cutting. These precision-engineered plates are coated with industrial-grade diamond using an electrodeposition process, which takes approximately two months to manufacture due to its complexity and quality requirements.
Ideal for fine polishing and finishing of hard materials. Each plate is made from High-Speed Steel (HSS) with a diamond grit of 325.
⚠️ Note:
– Not compatible with S-High mode.
– Approximately 11 mm of the plate will be inside the blade anchor after installation.
– Always wear safety goggles during use.
